Separate the egg (yolk/white) and whip the egg white2. Whip the cream, and mix it with the whipped egg white3. Heat up the chocolate (this is easiest in the microwave oven or in hot water) until it is melted4. Now you have to be fast! a. Mix the egg yolk with the chocolatevery quickly! b. Mix this with the whipped cream/whipped egg white (dont whip it too longso you keep small bits of chocolate) 5.
