In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and egg yolks.2. Mix for about a minute until the sugar is well incorporated.3. Add the rum to the sugar and yolks mixture.4. Incorporate the mascarpone cheese into the mixture, ensuring a smooth consistency.5. Keep mixing until the mascarpone is fully blended. Set aside. Whip the egg whites: 6. In a separate clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.7. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.8. This will create a light and fluffy texture for the cream. Set aside.Assemble the Tiramis: 9.
