Boil all the ingredients together for 250ml sugar two minutes and pour hot over the 5ml lemon juice pudding when it comes out of the oven.Pudding method 2. Continue baking until caramelised (about 5 min).1. Mix butter and sugar. 3. Serve warm with cream and/or vanilla ice-cream.2. Add egg.3. Add lemon juice, baking soda, baking powderand apricot jam.4.
